Nokia 8.1 was launched in European markets last week. Nokia's parent company HMD Global has now Launched the device in India. Read the technical specifications, pricing and availability to know:

Display & Design:

Nokia 8.1 has a 6.18 inch FHD + net display. It has HDR 10 support which creates crisp output and more contradiction. There is a notch on top, with front camera and ambient light / proximity sensor. Design-wise, 2.5D curved glass is applied on the front and rear. Frame 6000 series has been made from aluminum. Behind the phone is a vertical camera setup located in the center with a fingerprint scanner. There is a 3.5mm headphone jack and USB Type-C port for connectivity. Nokia 8.1 ship ships in three color options ie Blue / Silver, Steel / Copper, Iron / Steel.


In the photography department, Nokia 8.1 is equipped with dual rear camera powered by Zeus. It includes 12 MP primary sensor and 13 MP depth sensor. In the front, there is a 20 MP selfie camera. Like other Nokia phones, it also comes with the Bowie feature which can be used to capture images and stream YouTube videos with front and rear cameras. Nokia 8.1 also features  OIS and video recording of  4K.

Hardware, OS, & Battery:

Nokia 8.1 is powered by a Snapdragon 710 processor. It has been connected with 4 GB RAM and provides 64 GB inbuilt memory. Internal storage is expandable up to 400 GB via microSD card slot. On the software front, Nokia 8.1 is part of the Android One program, and runs the box's latest Android 9 pie. Users can expect guaranteed and timely OS updates in the next two years.

Nokia 8.1 has been installed with a 3,500 mAh battery unit and supports 18W fast charging.

Pricing & Availability:

Nokia has priced its latest device at Rs 26,999. It will be available for purchase through Amazon India and offline retailers from December 21.
